Adam T. Elegant

Adam has over 20 years of industry experience and advises affluent individuals, families, family offices and institutions on designing and implementing investment, wealth management and wealth transfer strategies.

Prior to joining Baker Street Advisors, Adam managed the West Coast Family Office and High Net Worth Practice for Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) in San Francisco from 2014-2019. Before KKR, Adam worked at Northern Trust advising high net worth families on investment strategy, estate planning and trust structures. From 1999-2013, Adam worked for Goldman Sachs in San Francisco and New York, covering family offices, hedge funds, RIAs, mutual funds and other institutional clients.

Adam holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Colorado and a B.A. in Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis. Adam is an avid tennis player and lives in Marin with his wife and three children.
