Elana Brutman

Elana joined Baker Street Advisors in 2026, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. At Baker Street, she is primarily responsible for providing comprehensive investment counsel and financial planning to individuals and families, with a focus on multigenerational planning and the complex life transitions that shape a family’s long-term wealth.

Prior to joining Baker Street, Elana spent 14 years at 1919 Investment Counsel in San Francisco, where she focused primarily on financial planning, relationship management, and investment counsel.

Elana holds the CFP® designation and graduated with a B.S. in Finance from DePaul University in Chicago. Outside of work, she plays the Greek folk instrument lyra, which features sympathetic strings, and has traveled frequently to Crete for study.
