Olivia Hoggatt

Olivia joined Baker Street Advisors in 2026. As the HR Business Partner, she owns the People Operations function.

Before joining Baker Street Advisors, Olivia worked as an HR Leader for ASG, an unconventional software business that buys uniquely positioned vertical SaaS companies. She began her HR career at Revinate, supporting the HR needs of a global SaaS platform company headquartered in San Francisco.
 
Olivia is passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences through thoughtful people programs, streamlined processes, and strong partnerships across the business. She enjoys building programs that allow employees to thrive, whether that be implementing HR systems and improving processes to supporting leaders through growth, change, and organizational development.
