The Analyst will support advisors and senior client service professionals in delivering accurate, timely, and thoughtful service to high-net-worth clients. You will learn Baker Street’s systems and processes while assisting with client onboarding, account administration, transactions, record maintenance, and day-to-day service requests.

Success in this role requires more than completing routine tasks. You will help create an efficient and unmatched client experience by using exceptional communication skills to clarify requests, proactively share important information, follow through on commitments, and exercise sound judgment to raise questions or concerns early.

Resposibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to advisors and the client service team.
  • Assist with new client onboarding, account opening, engagement agreements, investment policy statements, and other client paperwork.
  • Support account-related activities such as transfers, wires, checks, trades, and portfolio rebalancing under the direction of experienced team members.
  • Prepare materials for client meetings and help track follow-up items and next steps.
  • Manage databases.
  • Manage ad hoc projects involving key process steps and portfolio updates
  • Communicate professionally with clients, custodians, vendors, and internal partners to support the timely flow of information needed for key decisions
  • Play a critical role in escalating non-routine, sensitive, or time-critical issues to the appropriate advisor or service team lead
  • Contribute to special projects and help improve key aspects of the client experience, including team processes, documentation, and data quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; relevant internships or experience in client service, administration, financial services, accounting, or a similar field are helpful but not required.
  • Initiative, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to follow-through.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A genuine interest in helping clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to think critically, anticipate issues, and solve problems, with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive while managing multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and remain composed when work is time-sensitive.
  • Deep curiosity and willingness to learn about our business, work processes, and financial markets
  • Ability to work collaboratively and take ownership of your responsibilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
  • “No task is too small” mentality
  • Discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information.

Starting salary: $80,000 depending on experience. Full benefits include health, dental, and life insurance, plus a 401(k) plan.
